Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@oatearth.com within 30 days of delivery. Our resolution is replacement-first. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
