REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

As a skincare brand, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. Reach us at hello@oatearth.com.

Refunds: If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@oatearth.com.
